She is a close friend of Vann , treating him much like her brother. She always give support and advice to Vann.

A captain and a great hero of the Order of Knights in Dalmasca kingdom. In the beginning of the game, he and
Vann's brother Rek try to stop the invading soldier of Arcadia kingdom from reaching Raminas, Dalmasca king. But both failed,
eventually Vann's brother Rek was killed, but Basch was left alive and throw into prison by the enemy, he was accused of killing Raminas and
of being a betrayer.
Why he was being accused, did he really kill his own king? well, it all for you players to find out.
Later he was released by Vann and Ashe in an incident and he joined Ashe party.

Ashe is the daughter of Raminas, king of Dalmasca. She is the rightful heir to the throne, but before she got to her
position, her kingdom was invaded by Arcadia, her father was killed and her kingdom was occupied.
But she did not just give up her kingdom, she organized a resistance army movement against the Arcadia Empire, hoping to
drive them out of her homeland. She was later aided by other characters to free her kingdom. Will she be able to success? or will
she failed?...
