"Ruf yna oui?", this pharse mean "How are you?" in FFX. Its the native language of the Al Bhed clan, the clan where Rikku was from. Throughou the game, Rikku and her fellow clan mates communciating using their native language, which there is no way players understand. The Al Bhed language made up an important portion of the game storyline, it is worth to unlock it and understand the storyline better. To understand the Al Bhed language, player need to collect the "Al Bhed Dictionary", like its name, it is a Dictionary of the Al Bhed language. More or less like the Magazines quest in FFVIII. There is a total of 26 volume of Al Bhed Dictionary. Collect all of them and you can unlock the Al Bhed language and the word in their dialog will be converted to the readable language.
